She has a passion for creating happier workplaces by applying Agile approach and Scrum framework to transform organizational culture and processes. She helps her team to deliver value-driven and complex projects faster and more efficiently while keeping them motivated and satisfied.

With a background in Client Service and Project Management at one of the world’s largest Market Research Agencies for 6 years, she has gained valuable skills and insights that enable her to coach her team to adapt with Agile mindset. She also has experience in Business Mentoring, professional training (certified by Swiss Create), and teaching jobs. She completed Scrum Master training in 2022 and obtained her certification. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and tips with the community to contribute to the emerging movement in Vietnam.
