About

Mr. Phuc has served the city government of Da Nang for 15 years in various departments such as the Department of Home Affairs, the Investment Promotion Department, and currently, the Da Nang Semiconductor and AI Center for Researching and Training.
He also served as the Chairman of the Young Official Club of Da Nang City. Phuc holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University and a Leadership training certificate from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies of Japan.
